About Us
PHILOSOPHY
We have always acknowledged and respected the uniqueness of each child. From the first moment of separation and early experiences in the world outside home, we attempt to provide a secure child-centered “second home” to foster self-confidence and self-esteem.
We offer a warm and nurturing environment with educational programs designed to meet the developmental needs of the child as a whole, planning around indoor and outdoor interest areas and defining logical goals and objectives to help all children grow and develop.
We offer the opportunity of playing, which facilitates developing abilities for problem solving, social interaction and communication, at the same time as cognitive development and motor coordination.
We provide children with hands-on activities that influence their evolutionary
development, through the interaction with specific materials, other children and under the guidance of the teacher.
We see each child as an individual to enhance his/her sense of self worth and we make sure every day that our school provides every child with different opportunities to experiment with a wide variety of educational tools in order to nurture growth in each of the areas of development.
Student Life
Afterschool
Hi Five Academy offers After School Care for all children ages 5 and up who attend schools in our community. We have a fun and flexible program of leisure activities that the kids can pick from, including lots of cool materials and resources like computers, arts and crafts, music, cooking, and sports. Our qualified and experienced staff helps the children choose and plan their own activities and experiences. Plus, with the help of parents, staff will also assist with homework supervision.
No need to be a registered student at our school, and neighborhood children are all welcome!
